History
Annandale North Public School was established in 1907 opening on 8 April.
The population of Annandale was growing and another school in the local area was a necessity.
Student enrolment reached 595 by the following year.
The first Principal of ANPS was William Liggins.
Strong community involvement has been a tradition since 1907.
The school recognises Annandale's heritage buildings, naming the sporting houses after the names of the Witches Houses.
