To request access for an external therapist to support your student during class time, families must:
Email the school office with the name and contact details of the provider requesting access during school hours.
The school office will liaise with the classroom teacher and external provider to make sure the requested session time is available.
The external provider must provide the necessary supporting documents and complete all mandatory training before they can attend sessions on site.
No external providers can commence sessions on site until they receive confirmation from the school via email.
Families will receive an email from the school confirming the sessions can commence.
